Delete your Privacy Pal account and data.

You can delete your account without a subscription or contacting the pilot organizer.

From the website

1. Open Privacy Pal and select My controls (the settings icon).
2. Sign in with the email associated with your account.
3. Choose Delete account, enter the requested confirmation, and confirm deletion.

From the native app

In a build with account deletion, open My controls → Delete my Privacy Pal account. Enter DELETE MY PRIVACY PAL ACCOUNT and confirm.

What is removed?

Deletion removes your Privacy Pal identity, private cases, uploaded screenshots, preferences, connections, approvals, conversations, and keepsakes. New work stops and queued work is cancelled. An action already dispatched to a provider may finish. This does not delete your accounts at other services.

Story progress stored only in your browser is separate: use Pocket → Clear my story progress & checklists, or clear this site’s browser data. Clearing app storage removes any remaining device-local data.

Supabase removes the account and associated private records. Processing providers may have their own legally required or security-related retention obligations. See the privacy and provider notice.

Need to sign in again?

Use the sign-in email code for the same email address you originally used. An existing pilot account can sign in; joining the waitlist does not create an account.
